Child Health Centres

Good Beginnings
Good Beginnings supports parents through community-supported early intervention programs for children, their families, and the communities in which they live. Programs include Child Focused Community Development, Universal Supported Groups, Volunteer Family Support, Targeted Play Groups and Intensive Family Support. The website also contains parent support fact sheets on post natal depression and travelling with children, as well as links to programs all around Australia.

Uniting Care
UnitingCare Family Services works with many of the Uniting Churches and organisations in its local regions to offer support to parents of young children through running the Pregnancy and Young Parents Support (PYPS) and Parenting Support programs, a free lending library and referral point through the Family Resource Centre, Early Childhood Play teaching, and problem solving utilising a mediation approach.

Mission Australia: Pathways to strong families and happy healthy children
Mission Australia offers assistances to young children and their families so they have every opportunity to succeed. Mission Australia offers strategies for helping families and communities to both become stronger and be able to nurture and support their children, and provides a range of services along the continuum of care, in the form of prevention and early intervention, counselling, case management, and residential programs.

Parents Wisdom: Assisting parents, parental advice and support
Parents Wisdom began about three years ago following its founder suffering Post Natal Depression (PND). During her recovery she vowed that something good would come from that journey. It provides support for parents, carers and grandparents (raising grandchildren).
Parents Wisdom exists to support families, it was built by parents for parents. It offers a range of affordable workshops for all audience types.

Newpin
Newpin (New Parent and Infant Network) is an intensive child protection and parent education program that works therapeutically with families under stress to break the cycle of destructive family behaviour and enhance parent-child relationships.
